Further Photos from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Development plans for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.

Additionally featured in this latest photograph release is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had formulated development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.

Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.

The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a legend detailing various sections of the land.

Accompanying this are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as plans for boat shelters.

Additional materials released as part of the ongoing investigative process.
